Most Wanted Homes will pay your legal fees, if we have not found you a buyer who agrees to buy your property within the 6 weeks. You must accept our valuation of the property and use our conveyancing service and we must find you a buyer. If you withdraw your property from us, we would not pay your legal fees. Dispersments are not covered the vendor is responsible for all these, we only cover the legal part of the costs. We can withdraw this offer at any time. Only applies if the fee we are charging you is at least 1% if over £100,000 or £1250 if below £100,000. EPC must be in place before the 6 weeks begins.
